DESIGN AND BUILD

Sirus fluid power design and build bespoke power packs for markets as diverse as aerospace, offshore, rolling mills, paper mills and quarrying; the power units can be electrical or diesel driven. Control can be as simple as standard solenoid or advanced using closed loop electronic software on proportional and servo systems. We can design build and supply the complete package including electrical and electronic control systems.

ONSITE DIAGNOSTICS AND TESTING

Many of the failures in a hydraulic system show similar symptoms: a gradual or sudden loss of high pressure, resulting in loss of power or speed in the cylinders. In fact, the cylinders may stall under light loads or may not move at all. Often the loss of power is accompanied by an increase in pump noise, especially as the pump tries to build up pressure. Any major component (pump, relief valve, directional valve, or cylinder) could be at fault. In a sophisticated system other components could also be at fault, but this would require the services of an experienced technician. Our trained and experienced technicians are able to diagnose system failure, remedy and recommend system improvements to improve reliability.

Our service department consists of highly skilled factory-trained technicians who are kept up to date in the latest procedures. Our authorized technicians regularly attend factory schools and receive up to date bulletins on the newest methods of correctly maintaining your compressors. All technicians are trained to handle your emergency and trouble-shooting requirements.

Our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service response is never more than about 60 minutes away by phone at any time and on-site as soon as is required.
